Borton Magnet School

Engage. Enrich. Empower.
Every Child, Every Day

Our mission at Borton Magnet School is to provide an environment that promotes diversity, equity and access for all our students in order to maximize their academic and social development. Through the use of Project Based Learning and Systems Thinking, students learn to ask big questions and engage in authentic, real world learning to become change makers, creators of new knowledge and stewards of the earth.

Borton serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade, with special emphasis on project-based learning, systems thinking, literature, fine arts, and outdoor learning. Borton’s magnet programs offer students and parents choices and educational opportunities beyond those found in other schools.
